Cash It is a check cashing application. This program was designed with a simple interface and is written in FileMaker. The program can be operated using either English or Spanish.

System Settings -Use 2 different bank accounts for deposits (set at company level) -Use custom logo for reports -Separate warning limits when drawer or vault balance falls below specified level -Choose user and supervisor permissions for creating and/or editing customers, companies and banks -Set supervisor permissions for accessing administration menus -Allow bypass of validation -Backup reminder shown at specified interval -After processing a check, choose to return to main menu, or start a new check Workstation Settings -Maintain up to 3 workstations -Choose printer, format, and tray for receipts, reports and id cards -Choose if a receipt is printed after processing a check -Specify if biometrics and/or check reader is installed User Settings -Unlimited users -Specify user account type: Manager (all access), Supervisor, or Employee -Specify theme and fonts used throughout Super Cash It -Specify user language (English or Spanish) Features -Separate menu for Employees and Supervisors/Managers -Purge (export and delete) records older than 6, 12, 18 or 24 months -Backup complete system (always should be ran before upgrade) -Send messages to all users, employees only, supervisors only, managers only, or supervisors and managers. Message will appear when they go to the main menu -Set rate to use on a per customer level (can choose from company rate, customer rate, or table rate) -Set rates using check amount ranges (i.e. $0-$200 1%, $200.01-$999.99 2% ....) -Block checks based on bank, customer, or company Reporting -All Customers, Banks, or Companies -Approved Customers or Companies -Customers or Companies that have an returned check |
